He graduated in law (1994) from Universidad de Navarra. He joined the firm in 1998 and has been a member of Barcelona Bar Association since 1996. He has completed postgraduate courses in commercial, procedural, real estate, transport, trade mark and patent law. Before joining the firm he was a practising lawyer at BTS Consultores y Abogados (1996-1998).

AREAS OF EXPERTISE: Civil and commercial law, insolvency, insurance and transport law, agency and distribution agreements, inheritance, mortgage and economic criminal law and litigation. In all these fields he regularly represents Spanish and foreign companies in Spanish courts. He has also been involved in negotiating, drafting and enforcing settlements.
