Responsible for civil law and litigation. He graduated in law (1984) from Universidad de Barcelona. He has been a member of Barcelona Bar Association since 1984. He has completed postgraduate courses in procedural law. Before joining the firm he was a practising lawyer at Bufete Torralba (1981-1993), J&A Garrigues (1993-1996) and Garrigues-Andersen (1997-1998). Coordinator of the procedural law module on the Postgraduate course in competition, industrial and intellectual property and new technology law at ESADE.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE: Litigation, civil and commercial law, commercial agreements, arbitration.
