luis torrents fernández-mayoralas

Industrial and intellectual property and pharmaceutical law. He graduated in law (1963) from Universidad de Barcelona. He has been a member of Barcelona Bar Association since 1963. He is a member of AIPPI, LES and ECTA. Before joining the firm he was a practising lawyer at Bufete Banús (1963-1982), specialising in intellectual property law. In 1982 he set up his own law firm, and founded Bufete Torrents & Advocats in 1992, specialising in industrial property law and competition. He has issued several publications on intellectual property law and is a lecturer on various postgraduate courses concerning this field.
