Head of the industrial and intellectual property and pharmaceutical law department. A doctor of law, he graduated (1993) from Universidad de Barcelona. He has been a member of Barcelona Bar Association since 1997. He is a member of AIPPI and LES. Before joining the firm he was a practising lawyer at Bufete Roig Aran (1995-1997), Garrigues-Andersen (2000-2002) and Torrents & Advocats (1997-2000 and 2002-2003). He is the author of various publications on intellectual property. Coordinator of the protection of technology module at ESADE and lecturer at the Patent Centre, Universidad de Barcelona, as well as various courses on industrial property.
