Responsible for commercial law. He graduated in law (1984) from Instituto de Estudios Universitarios (Barcelona) and Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (Madrid). He has been a member of Barcelona Bar Association since 1984. He has completed postgraduate courses in Community law, property law, tax law and accounting. Before he founded the firm in 1992 he was a practising lawyer at Bufete Sala Reixachs (1981-1988) and KPMG Estudio Jurídico y Tributario (1988-1991). He is a lecturer in commercial law at Universitat Internacional de Catalunya in Barcelona.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE: Commercial law, company law, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment in Spain, stock market law and real estate law.
